ワークショップ「日常の中でヨーガ」2024
日常の中でできるヨーガ体操を練習することを目標にして、年一回秋に行ってきた本ワークショップは、今年で10回目になります。数えてみるとこれまで延べ76名の参加を得ました。 さて、ヨーガは呼吸と身体の動きに意識をおいて行う体操です。日常の場面で、その時々で、努めて行うことで、自分の体と心の状態に気づき、調整することができます。 また、ヨーガ体操は、緊張と弛緩によるストレッチ的、筋トレ的な要素をもつのでその時々に応じてトライする日常の習慣にできれば、高齢期の心強いささえになると思います。 今回は、散歩やジョギングの途中で足を止めて、気持ちの良い戸外でできるヨーガ体操として、三角のポーズ、英雄のポーズに挑戦してみたいと思います。
